The Poets' Room is a double ensuite room at the rear of the house. Why not contribute a poem to our poetry wall while you are here.
Samuel Taylor Coleridge lived for three years just around the corner in Lime Street and wrote some of his most famous poems whilst living in the village. To continue with the Coleridge connection this beautiful double room has a wall covered with poems written by guests - all of whom are invited to contribute - so bring a quill! This room is also dog friendly (£5.00 per night)

I am Lynne and I would like to welcome you to The Old Cider House. Cider was produced here from the 1920's to the late 1960's. We are now a comfortable guest house with our own micro-brewery brewing real ales for the local pubs and our guests.
