The house was built in 1910, and was originally a cider house serving the village of Nether Stowey and surrounding Somerset villages in the Quantock Hills. It was converted into a guesthouse in 2002 and has since welcomed both leisure and business guests in need of quality en-suite bed and breakfast accommodation in the heart of Somerset.
The Quantock Hills are on the doorstep and the village of Nether Stowey boasts three real ale pubs and several cafes and shops all of which are less than a few minutes walk from the bed and breakfast.
