It has 1 bedroom with twins beds(ask for double bed) and can host up to 2 people and a baby(ask for the baby bed) and has 1 full bathroom. Upon entering the apartment you will find the living room with flat-screen tv and dining area. On the right you will find the fully equipped and functional kitchen while on your left, through a wide arch, you will find the bedroom with spacious wardrobe and ensuite bathroom complete with tub and painted in a vibrant shade of yellow.
MOST IMPORTANT: WE CAN STORE YOUR LUGGAGES BEFORE CHECK IN FROM 10 AM AND AFTER CHECK OUT UNTIL 11 PM.
Near the apartment there is my parents' restaurant, so the guests can find all day long someone speak english, french, spanish or russian that may help them if they are in trouble.

via dei Velluti is an ancient and characteristic small street in the pedestrians area near Piazza della Passera, in the Oltrarno. The only area in the centre where Florentine people lives. In the area guests will find many shops, bars and restaurants and the main cultural attractions within easy walking distance (5 -10minutes): Palazzo Pitti, Pontevecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, the Bargello, and the Galleria dell’Accademia plus much more.
Maria Luisa Costa a young Sommelier live in Florence, very interested in contemporay art, I work also in the beautiful restaurant of my parents, Fabrizio and Donatella, located next door to the apartment. We are all fans of Florentine cuisine, Tuscan art and Pinocchio!
