Parking is free for the guests who stay for more than 4 nights. Those who will park their cars for less than 4 days will be charged 10 dollars a day. Payment should be made by cash before check out.
Check-in time is between 3:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. and check out time is 11:00 A.M.. Arrival time must be confirmed. If you are arriving after check-in time, please notify and make arrangements with me.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on the premises under certain conditions and clearance made with the owner.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages made while their stay other than everyday normal wear and tear, which will be deducted from the security deposit (i.e.: broken/or damaged furniture including major cosmetic damages, etc.).
Excessive noise: The house is on a residential street with respectful neighbours. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise or parties.
Garbage: All garbage should be collected and tied up at the end of your stay and placed in the reserved garbage cans in the entrance area.
Smoking: This is a NON SMOKING unit. No smoking of any substance in the building tolerated.
