MAIN DESCRIPTION
Caletta 10 is an apartment with independent entrance, two bedrooms and a bathroom for a total of 4 beds. From its terrace you can enjoy views of the Gulf of Cugnana and the marina of La Caletta.. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, TV, washing machine. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and tennis court, the apartment has a reserved parking space. The nearest rocky beach is located within the La Caletta complex and is 80 meters away, reachable on foot via a road inside the complex.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Caletta 10 develops on one floor: the entrance leads to the living room and to the small kitchenette equipped with burners, fridge / freezer; the living area has a corner and a dining table, which can be used as a work station for a PC; a sliding window opens the access to the covered veranda with table, sea view on the Gulf of Cugnana and on the surrounding vegetation; then from the living room there is a corridor leading to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; the bathroom has a shower. Near the entrance there is a cane with a reserved covered parking space. Access to the swimming pool and tennis court is reserved for guests of the La Caletta complex only.

The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.

Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialised external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest.


Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.

Arrival Details
After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival.

Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags. At the end of your stay, kindly dispose of any remaining waste properly.

* 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM → €60 surcharge
* After 1:00 AM → Subject to prior agreement

Caletta 10 is part of the well-kept residential complex called "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo", immersed in 100,000 square meters of Mediterranean scrub with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs in the area: secular juniper, olive trees, cysts, myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, in front of Portisco, and is composed of several small real estate bodies distant from each other in order to create a peaceful and secluded environment. The whole area slopes towards the sea which is accessed through a little long and shallow beach, Ira Beach is about 3 km from here.
The residence has parking lots covered with Sardinian cane (one for accommodation) and parking spaces for guests. Just before the entrance there is the popular restaurant "Stella di Gallura", a popular destination in the summer.
At about 3.5 km, about five minutes by car, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants and known for its nightlife; here you can stroll along the quaint little harbor where yachts of all sizes moor.
