Regarding your review, we have taken it very seriously and we wil find a solution to make our guests feel more comfortable.
Since you did not provide reasons related to the location (we have a plan to call a certified Airbnb photographer and to make a short video of the surrounding area in order to avoid similar misunderstandings and to help you as much presented to the current offer.
Yet you have made the selection after a large number of photos, descriptions and (Hidden by Airbnb) map of the visible region and in reality the same as in the photos, which confirms all former Reviews where we do not have any objection to the location of the apartment, however, you could choose something else but obviously the offes of other locations were not satisfactory, and our prevailed.
I am personally of the opinion that there had been false expectations and I must say that the river as the city is not Disneyland or your beautiful Lawrence, Kansas, which is all arranged as a nice park although there are other apartments and they offer everything you wanted but then the prices of many are extremely high and you need and to consider, this is a city residential and family location is the region with the basic amenities in the vicinity of the apartment with an affordable price.
Therefore I am seriously wondering if at least one Review questions the location of tens of other Reviews we have received from satisfied customers and this is one not everyday and lonely case?
Given that we deeply care about the experiences and feedback of our guests and we want to draw the attention that all potential future guests can count on the fact that if there is still some misunderstanding it will be resolved with a positive outcome and the guest compensated discount price.
We expirence our airbnb job seriously and we will always do everything possible to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible.
Dear Heather, if you are not satisfied with the service please contact me in order to provide you with a refund which you should have done right away but unfortunately in communication with you, I got the impression that you have no bad expirence with the service.
