Immaculate, comfortable and roomy accommodation for families and only eight miles from Glasgow city centre, 5 miles from Glasgow’s west end and 20 mins from stunning Loch Lomond.

Cochno House blends tradition with modern, contemporary and stylish accommodation. On the ground floor the traditional parquet floored hallway leads to a formal bay windowed reception room with period features including fireplace with electric stove. Tastefully decorated with contemporary colour scheme throughout and comfortably furnished with premium Aniline leather Chesterfield sofas, Smart TV with Apple TV 4K and a selection of books and games.

To the rear of the property the parquet floored Dining room with marble table and comfortable seating leads off to a large contemporary open plan dining kitchen with Tassimo coffee maker and automatic counter top ice cube maker, a host of storage and Smeg appliances as well as a wall mounted smart television, BOSE Bluetooth speaker and wine fridge under the breakfast bar, perfect for entertaining! An enclosed utility room leads off the kitchen with Ironing facilities, separate sink, dishwasher and washer/Dryer.

Travelling for business? The breakfast bar in the spacious and light, airy kitchen is the perfect place for logging some business hours with your laptop. The property also benefits from ultrafast fibre broadband perfect for ‘Zoom’ ‘Skype’ calls etc and a wifi printer is available on request.

A second newly refurbished cloakroom toilet/shower room is located off the hallway with rainwater shower.

On the upper level there are two comfortable double bedrooms with premium mattresses , high backed headboards and Egyptian cotton bed linen and one single bedroom with premium bunk beds and storage. A modern contemporary bathroom with deep bath and rainwater shower completes.

We are delighted to announce the Highland Soap Co. are supplying hand sanitiser, hand wash and lotion, shampoo and body wash in the property. Fluffy, Hotel quality towels are also provided.

The property benefits from a south facing private garden to rear with lawn. A ‘Weber’ BBQ with charcoal and tools is provided for your use for hopefully sunny Summer days!

Your safety is a priority and the property is equipped with the latest ‘Nest Protect’ smart smoke/CO alarms with heat detector in the kitchen. A ‘Nest’ thermostat is located in the Dining Room for your comfort and convenience. A rigorous cleaning regime is carried out between changeovers for your added peace of mind.

Check in is from 3pm via the lockbox. If you require an earlier check in please message us in advance as we may be able to accommodate you. Checkout is 11am prompt in order to accommodate the enhanced cleaning regime for changeover.

The property is ideally suited for road and rail links. The train station is only a 5 minute walk away with ample bus links and ample on street parking.
