When using the gas grill outside, please move it away from the house. When you are finished with it, and it has cooled down, please return it to where you found it with the cover on it.
Strictly no smoking, no pets.
If for any reason during your stay you have a technical emergency such as a water leak, or broken window, call us immediately. We will handle any and every problem during your stay.
We live in a very quiet neighborhood. Of course there is a reasonable expectation of noise, but do not cause any disturbance for our neighbors. Most of them are full time residents who enjoy the peace and quiet that this location provides. Otherwise, party on my friends.
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen, but do not leave a mess, and do not leave perishable items when you checkout.
•Please do your best to return everything to the way you found it. We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
•Place all used towels into the tub on the second floor, or in the washer in the laundry room. The cleaning service will clean them after you check out, there's no need for you to clean them.
•Leave any beds that have been slept in unmade to alert the house keepers to change the sheets.
•Remove any perishable items and throw them away.
•Put all garbage and recycling into the bins in the garage.
•Make sure all windows and doors are closed. If any are left open this will cause the alarm to fail when you try to set it.
•Set the alarm to away as you are leaving.
•Follow these rules and you will be welcomed back with open arms, anytime.
My name is Jamie Lloyd, and that's my baby girl, Blue. I am an independent Creative Technologist who loves to travel, and who loves to host travelers at the awesome Kings Hill Ski House in Salt Lake City, Utah. It's hard to describe the scenery and serenity that it provides, which I thoroughly enjoy sharing with the worldwide community. I know the area well, so don't hesitate to ask me about where and how to find what you need on your vacation. Lets face it, VACATION SHOULD BE AWESOME. I aim to help you experience, and remember it that way. I hope you love my house as much as I do.
