Two bedrooms in our historic home are available for the extended Super Bowl weekend. If you take both bedrooms and still need some additional sleeping space, two additional couches are also available at $25 each per night if needed. You can rent one or both of the two bedrooms available for $400 per night for each. There is a three day minimum for this property (Friday through Sunday). These rooms are also available Thursday before the Super Bowl and the Monday and Tuesday following Super Bowl if desired.
If you like old homes and pets, you'll love our historic 1920's colonial revival near downtown Indianapolis (3 miles). This beautiful old home has been beautifully restored and gives you plenty of room to move around in. The home is three levels plus a full basement. An attic project is underway leaving the first two levels to roam around in. We have four cats and a very friendly dog.
This home is conveniently located close to downtown Indianapolis and Broad Ripple, one of the hottest trendy night spots in town. Our neighborhood is also close to several great restaurants, parks and some of the city's most architecturally significant areas.
We are great hosts and are both lifelong residents of the city, so we know how to get around town and where the best spots are to truly experience the Circle City.
This home features a beautiful new kitchen with custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a gourmet DCS stove and two sinks. The home is painted in warm earth tones that are historically accurate for the period when the home was built.
Two flat screen TVs, blu ray DVD player, a WiFi network, and a great sound system will keep you entertained and in touch.
Our home features three bedrooms and a large office. Need additional sleeping space? We also have two large, oversized couches that will accomodate a few more people when needed.
Other amenities include an extra large Hot Springs hot tub, a baby grand piano and a very large collection of DVDs and music CDs, ceiling speakers in the kitchen and much more. The home also features a monitored alarm system.
