My home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to trendy restaurants and shops on Abbot Kinney and Main Street in Venice. I am just 1 1/4 mile from Venice Beach, the renowned Rose Cafe, and Chaya Venice, It is an easy bike ride, drive or medium/long walk to these locales.
The room is very comfortable and large - Private and quiet. Leave your window open at night and hear the crickets! The room features a comfortable queen bed, dresser, night table and lamp. TV (in the room) /Internet/Wifi.
PARKING - There is plentiful UNRESTRICTED street parking - NO risk of parking tickets !! and parking in front of the home in a safe neighborhood.
Full use of the Kitchen, Washer / Dryer.
Enjoy your time in the spacious back yard with fire pit, and dart board. Relax and enjoy a evening by the fire. So quiet at night you can hear the crickets.
Hope to see you soon on your next trip to Venice
