Lovely Eastside townhouse near Seattle and Lake Washington cities of Kirkland and Bellevue. Great bike trail to Seattle or Lake Sammamish near home. Free internet, street parking and cable TV. I have two bedrooms available; each room sleeps two: one room has a full sized bed, the other has two twins (one is trundle bed which gives extra space in the room when the bed is not in use). The room with the two twins has office space. Both rooms have lovely views of the historic Anderson building which McMenimens has purchased for renovation. Each room is $75 per night. Events can be held for $100 per night.
Bothell is a small town with lots of families that love to walk into the downtown area just blocks from my townhouse. The Park at Bothell landing has great picnicing areas, the Sammamish River and Burke Gilman bike trails, paddle boards and kayaks and canoes for rent. Bikes can be rented in Kenmore from Bothell Ski and Bike.
There are many resatuarants within walking distance: Pen Thai, Passion Tequila, Julio's, Gallo de Oro, Hana Sushi, Lyon's Pub, Sparta's Pizza, etc. Grocery shopping and Starbucks are also within walking distance.
Washington University Bothel Campus is approximate 1/2 mile from my townhouse, as is the main bus transit center which travels into Seattle and other areas. Many local bus stops are a block away.
Guests have a full bathroom that is right next to the guest rooms. Guests are welcome to use the laundry room, kitchen and living room during their stay.

I am a professional woman that enjoys traveling and entertaining. I like to use Airbnb when I travel to better experience the local community. I enjoy meeting people and learning about different cultures. I am a scuba diver; I enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, skiing, and biking and hiking. The pacific northwest is a beautiful spot for outdoor enthusiasts. My home is near a great bike trail, slough and lake so it's easy to bike, kayak and paddle board. If I had A Life Motto it would be John Lennon's quote: life happens while you're doing other things. So, I try to include as much fun into my life as I can! I feel I've been blessed for the most part, and I love the life I've created. I chose to live an enriched life and want to share that with others. I can suggest many places in the area to visit. If you enjoy art there's the Seattle Art Museum; there are many local music venues or movie houses, including Seattle International Film Festival.
I am a pretty casual host. I like my guests to feel comfortable; relaxed. I like to visit, but I also respect privacy and will give you space.
