If you want to get away from the city noise, then the quiet fishing village of Kanica is the pefect place for you. With its crystal clear water and beautiful beaches, Kanica is a great place for a family vacation.
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT an apartment(s), this a whole villa for up to 7 persons. Thank you.
Just 50m from the sea, you will have a whole villa just for yourself. There are three bedrooms, two are with two single beds, and one is with a king size bed. If needed, the couch in the living room can be pulled out (1 or 2 people can fit there). There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor, and the other on the first floor. Both floors now have build-in air conditioning (1 for the first floor and 3 for the second floor). The nearest grocery store is 2 km away, in a village called Dvornice, although, during the tourist season, we have a van delivery in the morning (with fresh bread, fruit) around 7:30 or 8 am. You can also buy fresh fish from the local fishermen aroung 8am.
If you wish to dine out, you can do so in Rogoznica, which is just a 15 min drive away (cca 10 km).
Our guests will have access to:
-clean bed sheets and towels
-three parking spaces (on the empty land next to the house)
-a big table on the veranda with benches
-a path just under the villa which leads to "wild" beaches
- if you prefer sandy beaches, there's one just a 3 min walk away

Since this is a family vacation house in a quiet fishing village, it's expected from the guests to be well behaved, not to have loud parties, etc. Smoking isn't allowed. Please take care of the house, furniture, cleanness and the garden and, please, try being eco friendly and do not waste more water than necessary and please close the windows if you decide to use the air conditioners :)
Love a great conversation, a good book, festival films, cooking and eating plant-based foods, learning new languages and esports. I was born and live in a beautiful town on the Croatian coast, Split, where I got my Masters degree in Philosophy and Croatian language and literature and where I currently work at the University. I'm also an animal lover that enjoys spending her time with my two very cute chinchillas. When travelling I love to get to explore the history of the town, but also to get to enjoy the town as a local - visiting unique places and tours and soaking up the culture as much as possible. My next big trip when I get the chance would be Japan. As I host I like to help my guests have the best vacation possible while in Croatia, giving them interesting trip suggestions and being of as much help that I possibly can :)
