For your comfort: a room with desk, smart TV 108cm (42 inch, connected), DVD / Blu Ray player (don't hesitate to bring your own videos to disk or USB key), wifi, flowered balcony with table and chairs for an aperitif or breakfast in the sun while admiring the view! (In summer, of course ...)
Two beds available, with bedding provided (sheets, duvets, pillows):
- the first is a queen size 160x200 cm for two people, with new Epéda top quality mattress, very comfortable ;
- Possibility of a second bed 90x190 cm for a traveler (in the room with other travelers). Thank you for telling me if you want the 2nd bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a hydromassage shower, and separated from the bathroom. Bath towels and various toiletries at your disposal (soap, shampoo, hair dryer ...).
The whole apartment is very bright.
The residence is calm and opulent; the elevator will save you the stairs.

Possibly: secure garage for your car or motorcycle (ask me). Bike garage also available.
