Small cottage, recently renovated, has a sitting room with kitchen area downstairs and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, cooker with grill, fridge, dishwsher, kettle, toaster, microwave etc. etc. There is a television with basic Sky channels and parking adjacent to the cottage. There is WiFi in the cottage and a woodburner with supplied logs. South facing garden with table and chairs. There is a utility area with freezers and washing machine and a place to dry your clothes.
The cottage is situated in a quiet hamlet. with lovely walks from the house. The owner has animals on a field 200 metres away, chickens, ducks and goats with a polytunnel and veggie gardens. In the garden are rabbits and cats. The nearest town has a post office, church, library, banks, bars, restaurants, supermarket, bakers, pharmacy within three miles and there is another village with bar, restaurant, post office, grocery shop and church just over a mile in the other direction. A very large lake with water sports, bars and restaurants 20-25 minutes away and the north coast is just 45 minutes from the hamlet. I am happy to send more photos by email. A warm welcome awaits you!
All bedlinen and towels are included in the price, as are tea towels, dishwasher tablets, logs for the woodburner etc. If you are planning to arrive after the shops have closed, then I can arrange for essentials like milk to be bought and waiting for you in the cottage if you let me know what you require.
Beach towels can also be provided and bicycles are available from the main house.
There is a swimming pool in St Nicolas du Pélem, just 3 miles away.
A gas BBQ is available too.
No smoking within the cottage. No dogs at all. This is a quiet place and music which can be heard in the garden isn't ok. The only other rule is - just enjoy your stay.

I love gardening, particularly growing vegetables, and have hens, ducks, goats, rabbits and cats. Photography is a big interest and blogging. My blog is livingoutmydaysin22 dot blogspot and will tell you about my village and life here. I enjoy reading, writing, cookery, meeting up with friends, walking, music and sitting in the sun. I have three children and one grandson and one granddaughter, who are all in England, so I don't see them as often as I'd like. I love living here in Brittany and enjoy pretty much every day. My one regret is that I didn't move here earlier.
