This well-presented, semi-detached, single-storey holiday home is nestled within a park village complex, set within 55 acres of private woodland. Situated only a short 20-minute walk from the beach and seafront where you can enjoy a dip in the sea, and coffee and cake from one of the cafés, or sample the locally caught seafood. The area is popular for sailing as well as other water sports. Enjoy a barbecue by the beach whilst enjoying one of the breathtaking sunsets and great views of the Solent. There are local pubs and restaurants overlooking the esplanade where you can watch all the yachting regattas or listen to some of the live music events. Alternatively, you can continue along the coastal path around to the neighbouring harbour town of Cowes, dubbed the ’UK’s yachting capital’.
Available all year round, this holiday home nestles in a quiet countryside setting near the sea, complete with a nature trail, woodland lake and plenty of quiet spots to sit and relax in, but be sure to look out for the native red squirrels running through the woods.
