The kitchen has a real social feel and is perfect for evening gatherings after a day enjoying one of the many coastal and National Park attractions on the doorstep. There are amazing views from the top floor bedrooms across the rooftops and over to the famous abbey on the East Cliff, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s Dracula. The public areas are perfect for places for gathering the whole family together, and there is even a serving hatch linking the kitchen to the dining room. The dining room also has a decorative fireplace and plenty of seating around the dining table for fifteen, meaning your whole party can enjoy celebrating together. The main family sitting room is situated on the first floor.
Hidden Treasure is situated on a quiet residential street, yet is only a short walk from the hustle and bustle of this thriving coastal town. There is an abundance of independent coffee shops and tea rooms to choose from, as well as traditional, dog friendly pubs, many with live music throughout the week. Whitby is quickly gaining a great reputation for its diverse eateries, from award-winning fish and chips to bistros and delis which can also be found around the harbour and waterfront.
