Thank you, Michael, for the high valuation of our house. We are delighted that you have had a nice time there.
I just would like to add something about your comment about the air traffic. As you well know, Menorca is a very small island and the airport is in the vicinity of Maó, close to Sant Lluis and not far from our house, at Cap Den Font.
In this part of the island, depending on how the winds blow and according also to the days of the week, during the daytime, the sound of arriving or leaving airplanes can be perceived. That is why in our add at Airbnb we have introduced a very clear comment on this, in order to avoid any misunderstunding. Maybe you haven't read it.
That said, the Eastern part of the island where our house is settled, is in many ways much quieter and undoubtedly has much less tourism density than the Western area (Ciudadella), Cala Galdana, or the beaches of Son Bou, which are really really crowded and noisy. As you have seen, the house facing a wild olive trees and autoctonous vegetation area -no concrete, no houses around-, so enjoys absolute privacy and offers a sense of peace and tranquility, makes you hardly remind you are in the middle of a peak tourism season!. I beleive that is good point, we are happy to assure. :-) Best regards, Inma
