Come enjoy a warm welcome and fun stay at this rustic retreat and eclectic home. Your hostess has adored many guests over years of holiday stays and longer term lodging. (Only one bad review from an OCD guest.) Spacious layout affords privacy yet great for groups with two living areas and huge kitchen. Hostess keeps a low profile for guests to come and go and do what they like with most amenities provided. Available for solo travelers or groups/families up to 6.
5 min walk to beach, comfortable home with heaps of entertaining space, open fireplace, all amenities, dogs ok. Available for hosted stays only with owner keeping a low profile or away some days. Rates quoted as per room per night (Dec-Jan), minimum 4 days for up to 6 people. HUGE lounge-dining, giant kitchen with dining bar overlooking family area & breakfast nook adjacent. Two modern bathrooms, one as ensuite to Master, the other shared with separate loo.
Make yourself at home among an abundance of stuff - books, CDs, games, kitchenware, gadgets and utter nonsense. As an old timber home in need of some improvement, you should be relaxed and easy-going, ready to enjoy great Summer fun as guests in a very hospitable place.

Professional writer & marketing guru, sharing hosted stays in my Holiday-Permanent Home with guests who enjoy the beach, books and relaxed lifestyle. Happiest rentals have been from groups of friends for get-togethers or a family who wants rambling place to chill, enjoys proximity to beach and won't mind eclectic collection of stuff or slightly shopworn exteriors. Only one Sour Grapes guest; clearly disturbed by OCD based on evidence and exchanges. Most folks rave about this cool, quite remarkable home and became friends or stayed in touch!
