We welcome you warmly to Mar y Luna, 1914 house being renovated by us. The house is located 300 meters from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach of Carras, which offers jet ski rentals, ball games, etc..
The area is well served by buses that will take you to the historic center.
Line 8: to 10 meters uphill on the Avenue Sainte Marguerite - to the Old Town
Line 9 and 10: Avenue from California to 7 minutes on foot - to the Port of Nice
Line 11: Avenue from California to 7 minutes on foot - to the Old Town
Line 12: Eucalyptus Avenue, passing behind the house through the back alley and up the street from the school, 5 min walk - train station and city center
Line 23: Avenue of California, 7 minutes walk - north to Nice
The train (5 minutes) that can lead you to Ventimiglia in Italy, via Monaco and Menton and Cannes, Frejus, Théoule in the other direction, with its red rocks on the blue sea. Down the street, you also have 'vélobleus' which allow you to move around the city.

It is located on the 1st floor of the house, no lift (watch out for people with disabilities)

Avec mon mari nous rénovons une ancienne maison de maître de style "Belle Epoque" qui aura 100 ans en 2014!! Nous espérons avoir terminé sa rénovation pour son centenaire, et lui avoir redonné d'ici là une façade digne de cette Belle Epoque niçoise, où riches Russes et Anglais cotoyaient les français! La maison comprend plusieurs appartements dans lesquels nous vous proposons de vous héberger.
