This upstairs newly renovated private studio is suitable for couples or two people maximum. If you have any questions before booking, please don’t hesitate to ask! :)

House Rules:

-Only 1-2 guests allowed; 3 or more is against the rules and will be kicked out immediately. Ask me if you have any questions.
-Quiet time is at 10:00pm, no loud noises afterwards. Please be courteous of neighbors especially ones with families.
-No parties allowed.
-No pets allowed, except service animals. However, if service animal behaves in an unacceptable way or the handler does not control the animal, we have the right to ask the animal to be removed from the premises.
For example: Dog barks or growls at tenants.
-Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed; any smell or residue of smoke left behind in the studio means the guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Smoking is ONLY allowed in the open parking lot next to the dumpster so you may properly discard it as well. Please be courteous as families with young ones are present. Santa Barbara is a smoke free city by law so there are strict rules.
