Available for one month minimum stay, a cozy and private mezzanine room with own entrance and roof deck on a residential street in Williamsburg near McCarren Park, the L train and lots of great restaurants.
Hello, thank you for checking out my listing!
My place is a cozy room with a massive king size bed in a bright 4th floor apartment where you can sleep well. The apartment is on a quiet and family friendly residential street three blocks away from the Graham Ave. L train in Williamsburg, three stops away from Manhattan. The apartment is a short walk from McCarren Park and Bedford Avenue shopping where there are great local cafés, cozy bars and music venues.
Some of the best food in the city is right at my doorstep including amazing Thai food at Sage, Mexican at the El Diablo Truck and the cutest cafe in the neighborhood Five Leaves.
Wifi is included, there is access to a private roof-deck, washer/dryer, a kitchen and spacious dining/living area and great Italian delis on Graham Avenue. The views are spectacular and my listing is a great way of appreciating the city!
You'll have the room to yourself and access to your own roof deck, plus your own entrance from the street if you'd like to use it. You'll be sharing the living room, bathroom and kitchen with my housemate who is British and owns a tortoise.

I'll be available online to help you throughout your stay.
While you are welcome to have visitors this isn't the right place for a loud party.
My building is home to creative young couples and some families. While I occasionally have dinner parties we like to keep the noise down after midnight. This is my first owned apartment and for the first time in my life I feel house-proud. The furniture and rugs are all things I've bought slowly, in trips abroad and with lots of love, so please be gentle. Please only smoke on the roof deck. ID should be shown in exchange for keys. Enjoy!
I am a sculptor and videographer living in Brooklyn for the past two years. Before that I was based in London where I lived, studied and worked for ten years. This coming year I'll be away on two residencies, one in Marrakesh (so excited) and one upstate New York (also exciting). I share my home with Rachel who works at the American Folk Art Museum, and lives upstairs. We have a pretty chilled out house, tidy in a relaxed way, where we watch lots of movies and have friends over for dinner. The neighborhood is residential and quiet but also very near to the buzz of Williamsburg, in my opinion it's the best of both worlds. Our household is gay-friendly, half-vegetarian and music loving. Sometimes we have life-drawing sessions, we have good roof-top get togethers in the summer, but we also love and respect our neighbors who have a new born baby, so recently we keep it quiet after eleven.
