Stylish room with a comfortable queen bed. Come home to a private space to relax, or chat with the other people in the apartment, two male roommates (both very chill). We enjoy meeting new people, though we are all busy with school, work and friends, so you may not even see us. If you want your privacy, we can respect that as well.

Located 1 block north of Texas State University, you'll be staying in a prime location close to all the action of a university town. Weather it's a morning walk to Mochas and Javas for a special morning brew, or for some yummy kolaches from Dos Gatos, to a happy hour bite and drink at Grins, or a casual dinner at Pie Society or Saltgrass Steak House. Both Grins and Saltgrass have deck seating. Saltgrass has the added advantage of the waterfall view as people float the San Marcos River. You're also close to the park where all the university students sunbathe and catch some rays or play volleyball. You're also minutes from Bobcat Stadium to catch a game. Don't forget about the glass bottom boat tours which are a short drive from the apartment. Everything worth doing in San Marcos is within minutes walk or drive.

Your room is private and is has a keyed entry for your security. IMPORTANT: Please respect the privacy of the other 2 roommates. They both work long hours, hence, the need for quiet hours. Those quiet hours are before 8 am and after 10 pm.
Absolutely no parties allowed. In addition, no additional guests are allowed in the home. Please adhere to these rules. Any breaking of the quiet hours or additional guests is cause for immediate cancellation of your stay.
