Our nice and quiet apartment is 50 meters from the Lakes, perfect for running/walking. The city is 15 min walk away, but we also have bikes if you dare. :-)
Shops closeby sell designer clothes, eco-food and delicacies and there are parks too!

Østerbro is a great neighbourhood for enjoying life: it's pretty quiet, has many small parks, lakes to go for a run or walk, many shops of all sorts and restaurants nearby. It's also walking distance (20 min) from the city centre.
From the airport you can either take a taxi (costs about 300 dkk (50 USD/40 EUR) or take the metro (get off at "Kongens Nytorv") and then switch to bus 1A (towards "Hellerup"). Then get off at "Lille Triangel" and you are only 150 m from our place!. Just walk a little further in the direction of the bus and turn right the first street, that's our street!
The garden is shared with all neighbours and can be used for BBQing, reading, sunbathing and there is a little playhouse and sandbox for kids.

We are normally away on holiday ourselves when we rent out our place but of course we are always available by phone and respond quickly.
We have a small cairn terrier ourselves, but this is an allergy-friendy dog and generally people are not allergic to it ( I am allergic myself, which is why we got this breed and I've had no problems)
Checkout is at noon.
No pets, no smoking and please respect our neighbours, we like them very much :-)
I'm a thirty-something Dutch lawyer and married to a Dane. We live in Copenhagen, Denmark. I can't live without my loved ones, sunshine, reading books, meditation and travelling. When I travel I like to both stay at fancy hotels and live like a local, depending on the trip. Sometimes, more comfort is just better.
