This structure is a vintage manufactured/mobile home built in 1958. It is sixty feet long and has an addition. The outside deck is the best part of the house. With a private sweeping view of the Pacific Ocean's Santa Monica Bay, this spot is what always gets people excited. If you want to go down to the water, it's just a matter of walking a couple hundred feet to the crosswalk, and voilà, you're in the sand and waves. From the living room and deck, you can watch the surfers on Sunset break, or the exquisite sky, which has been known to floor me with the majestic sunsets it offers from this very special vantage point. As an artist and designer, I have done my best to make the place as welcoming and fun as possible. I try to pay lots of attention to detail, so that the place really speaks to all who visit here. Everyone seems to find it uniquely satisfying, and unlike anything that they have seen or are used to in Los Angeles. This home is certainly distinct and cozy in ways that are not only memorable, but also charming; at least that's what people tell me! The place comfortably accommodates 4; the bedroom/lounge has a dangerously comfortable king-size bed and the living room converts into a secondary bedroom with two twin-sized beds (custom couch/bed conversions, also VERY cozy). This house is a little slice of heaven just waiting for you!

By the way, pets of any kind will not be allowed:)
I have a wonderful little dog myself that does not like her house used by other animals.
