This 3 bedroom home is a great match for uptown Kingston's funky, artsy, historic feel. Unified and mismatched, old and new, bright and warm. We welcome guests to experience all Kingston has to offer from this centrally located home base.
Filled with art and music, our home comfortably sleeps 7. We have a very family friendly house, and we encourage you to play our piano, put on some records, and sit on our string light lit back porch when you're not out on the town!
I also have an extra twin mattress that I'm happy to set up for you - just let me know.
We are always improving this home built in the 1890s. Please be aware that it is an old home - part of what we love about it is its many idiosyncrasies.
The whole home is at your disposal! Enjoy the backyard, back porch, and access to all bedrooms and common spaces.
The home is one side of a two family house, so the backyard is shared with our lovely neighbor and friend. Feel free to strike up a conversation if you have the chance to meet!
We live in the center of the city, so there are neighbors on all sides.

I am a supportive host, and I'm happy to offer recommendations for great places to eat, have a drink, see live music, hike, etc. I will be available by phone/text and email throughout your stay.
We are excited to have recently refinished the home's original floors! There are many other little projects we are working on all the time, and the house is getting cuter and better by the minute.
Please note we don't have a/c - but we do have fans for every bedroom that can also be moved around the house if needed.
We expect respect for the space and our personal items. No smoking indoors, please (back porch is ok). Small, well-behaved dogs that bark minimally are welcome. Indoor cats who are well house trained are also welcome.
If anything breaks or is otherwise damaged, please let me know.
I'm a recent transplant to Kingston from elsewhere in the Hudson Valley and I can't imagine living anywhere else! I'm a soul singer, mama to a vivacious 4 year old, farmers market manager, and avid brunch-hoster.
In my downtime I'm either pretending to be a monster with my daughter, listening to live music, making music, hosting game night, or exploring the Hudson Valley.
I've loved traveling around the country and staying in people's homes, which is why I decided to open my home to fellow travelers through airbnb. I'm happy to give you tips on the best local spots - having lived in the Hudson Valley for over 10 years I've got a lot to offer! Whether you like an involved host or to have your own space during your stay, I will happily accommodate your needs.
Looking forward to meeting you!
