I was born in Denver, raised in Seattle, and have lived abroad for over half my life. I dreamed of living in France and of running a Chambre/Table d'hôte for many years. After having spent a few years in France I found the perfect guesthouse, where I am able to share with you my life & cuisine in Azille.
I am an internationally-trained personal chef, with extensive knowledge and skills in the cuisines of Italy, South America, Mexico, Asia and France just to name a few. Since living abroad, I have studied and experienced many international cuisines and learned various cooking techniques that have been shared and enjoyed with family and friends throughout the years, wherever I have lived.
