With spectacular views, the apartment is nice, cozy and in Mediterranean style. On your spacious terrace you will have the feeling of being on the deck of a boat and you can enjoy any meal of the day, you will see the beach, the bay of Sant Pol and the famous hotel 'La Gavina'. The apartment is located in a family and quiet area just ten minutes walk from the beach.

Entire accommodation, comfortable, newly remodeled and very well equipped. It is also completely private as the views fly without obstacles over the bay of Sant Pol with the horizon as a backdrop. No point inside the apartment can be observed from the outside, however from its terrace and windows you have panoramic and encompassing views of extraordinary beauty.

The space is located in the URCATUSA condominium located between S'Agaró and Sant Feliu de Guíxols equidistant and at pedestrian distance from the most beautiful and touristic places in the area, with many restaurants and shops. The most fun amusement parks for children and adults in the region can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The area in general also has a lot of nightlife, without affecting the tranquility of the apartment, given its strategic location.
