I am very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay at our place. We clean the cottage after each and every guest without exception. I personally changed the sheets and replaced all the towels, etc. We take our responsibility as an innkeeper very seriously and nearly all of our guest comment on the comfort and cleanliness. The month of May we received all 5 star ratings across our 3 properties from guests that had booked off of 3 different portals. We are sorry that you weren't comfortable at our cottage - I wish you would have called me on my cell phone that I provided to you if you needed anything. I guess our place just isn't for you.
