Enjoy a short break in Boston in an elegant and historic building. Our building has recently undergone a $3m. renovation to recreate the splendor of the original Hotel Bellevue, in the 1890's. The location is perfect - on Boston's famous Beacon Hill.
We have 1 queen bed in the bedroom, a new queen sofa-bed in the living room, and a hideaway bed too for flexibility. Our unit has hardwood parquet flooring, 13 foot ceilings, chandeliers, floor to ceiling windows, bay windows in bedroom overlooking State House garden. Granite kitchen, marble bathroom, and a 45" flat-screen TV in living room. High speed internet plus Wifi.
Step outside the beautifully furnished unit and enjoy the many restaurants, and cultural attractions of Boston. Relax on our large roof garden with views of the State House, Charles River, and Boston Common.
Guests can access anything in the apartment, and share a beautiful roof deck overlooking the gold State House dome, with views over Charles River and Boston Common.

Please tell the cab driver to drop you at 21 Beacon Street, Boston (The building is above the restaurant Scollay Square). The journey will take about 20-25 minutes by cab from the airport depending on traffic. You can also take the T (free from airport) if your bags are not too heavy. Take the Silver line to South Station and change to the Red Line in the direction of Alewife 2 stops toParkSt. Your nearest T (metro) stops are Park Street and Government Centre about 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment. The unit number is 3R and the door to the apartment will be left unlocked by the cleaners for you after 2pm. Please call ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) to confirm your safe arrival. Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 11am. Concierges are available 8am to midnight Mondays through Saturday. On Sunday they are available noon through 8pm. If you plan to arrive on Sunday after 8pm, you will need to wait for a few minutes until another resident opens the building’s front door. If the concierge is on duty when you arrive, please let them know you are a guest of Jonathan Frank in 3R. Take the elevator to the third floor, turn right and proceed to the end of the corridor. Go down 3 steps to apartment 3R. The door to the apartment will be left open for you by our cleaners.
There are two sets of keys in the kitchen beside the coffeemaker. Please use the plastic fobs to enter the building’s front door.
To the left of the TV in the living room, you will see the wireless router There is an Ethernet cable if you would like to connect your PC directly. Otherwise on your PC’s wireless settings look for the beacon3 connection. Enter the security code goodmusic when requested. If for any reason you are unable to access the beacon3 signal, you may use the building’s wifi service. Look for the 21Beacon Condo WiFi connection and enter code 21bellevue21.
We have a laundry room on every floor of the building with two washers and dryers. The cost for each load is $1.75 payable by your credit card. The laundry room on the third floor is next to the elevators
The location of the garbage room is to the right after you exit the elevators. Please empty your garbage before you depart. You can leave newspapers in the receptacle in the laundry room.
There is a Toshiba LCD Television in the living room and a Sharp combination LCD Television DVD player in the bedroom. The TVs have Basic Comcast Xfinity cable service, and should be operated using the Xfinity remotes. Note that the TV in the livingroom takes about 30 seconds to start after you press the All on button on the Xfinity remote. In the bedroom you will find a selection of DVD’s included inside the TV stand.
There are supplies of toilet paper and paper towels above the stove in the kitchen. Inside the black armoire in the living room are linens for making up the sleep sofa, and an iron. The ironing board is to the right of the armoire. In the armoire you will find several small appliances for your convenience plus reading material. There is a rollaway bed stored under the bed in the bedroom. If used, please replace under bed on departure. The nightstand contains a hair dryer and a steamer to remove wrinkles from clothes. There are extra blankets in the bedroom closet, and a Dyson fan in the bedroom. The apartment is centrally heated in the winter and an extra space heater is provided for your convenience.
Our roof-deck is situated on the 10th floor. Turn left out of elevator, and then right to end of corridor.
10. Grocery Shopping
There is a convenience store outside the building. Exit the building and the store will be on your right at the corner. There is a wholefoods supermarket on 181 Cambridge Street, about a 7 minute walk through picturesque Beacon Hill, or Roche Brothers supermarket in Downtown Crossing by way of Park Street station and Winter Street.
11. Luggage Storage Our building does not have any luggage storage facilities. Our Condo Board of Trustees do not permit visitors to leave luggage with the concierge unfortunately. Consider instead leaving your luggage at South Station. If you are taking a train, there is storage available at South Station through Amtrak. They don't have lockers, but you can store your suitcases in the Amtrak Baggage Room. The baggage room is located at the very beginning of track 12, on the left. It operates between 7am and 9pm. They don't do overnight storage, so the luggage must be picked up by 9pm. If you have any questions, you can reach the baggage room directly at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). FYI, they won't always answer right away if they're busy. If you're not in possession of an Amtrak ticket, anyone has access to the Package Express storage area. and they are open until 10pm. If you have any questions, you can reach Package Express at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). They are located on the 5th floor of the South Station Bus Terminal.
12. Before Departing
Please use the following check-list before departing the apartment. (a) Check-out time 11am. (b) Leave used towels in bathroom, and sheets on bed. (c) If you used pull-out couch in living room, please remove sheet, fold couch back up, push in the cushions, and return furniture to original positions. (d) Please remove your items from fridge. (e) Leave two sets of keys besides coffeemaker. (f) lock bottom door handle from inside the apartment, and shut door behind you. Thank you for staying with us. We hope to see you again in the future.
