The cleaning is a primary service for us and usually we receive good ratings for it. Probably that day the cleaning lady was tired and he didn’t make a properly clean, I do not know what happened. Must say that in this apartment isn’t easy to keep clean the floor because it has ancient stone walls and a fine dust goes on the floor continuously so that it seems not clean but probably it was also a missing of attention from the cleaning lady that do not put too much care this time. I apologize for it but I’m very sorry that you didn’t inform me about it because I could have arranged a new cleaning. For us is very important the satisfaction of our guests and – as you noticed – we were always present and available, so it is really unpleasant that you didn’t inform me. We had some exchange of messages by (Hidden by Airbnb) before your arrival and also during your stay. I helped you through messages also to understand how the car parking worked (do you remember?). So why didn’t you send me a message also to inform me about the cleaning? Anyway, I hope I can accommodate you another time in the future to show you that our apartments are usually well cleaned and it was really an accident.
