According to the European regulations (directive on 2011/83/EU) on consumer rights, accommodation contracts do not have the right to withdrawal. Art. 16 (l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive contracts relating to the provision of accommodation are exempted from the right of withdrawal if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Guests will be required to sign a reservation contract
NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF GUESTS - Once the reservation has been made, the client will provide the personal data of all the guests (name, gender, date of birth, identity card / passport number and nationality). We will provide this personal data to the National Police in order to comply with the Article 12.1 of the Organic Law 1/1992 about the protection of citizen security.
The amount for the reservation will be increased by a tourist tax
On bookings where you have paid the security deposit through an external payment platform, CBA will ask the person making the booking for their credit card details.
On entering the property, you have 8 hours to report any incident that you consider relevant. Once this has been exceeded, CBA will assume that the property is in perfect condition.
This Security Deposit is fully refundable provided the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to illegal activity or pets.
All debris, rubbish and discards are taken and thrown into the municipal rubbish bins, dishes are cleaned and stored in cupboards, dishwasher is empty, fridge freezer is empty and clean, sheets and towels are folded and left at end of each bed, surfaces and floors are clean.
All keys are left IN THE SPECIFIED LOCATION and PROPERTY is left locked.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
No linens or towels are lost, stained or damaged.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
BREAKAGES - You will be expected to pay for any breakages and these should be reported to the owner of the property.
Enter between between 19.00hrs and 21.00hrs fee of 50€. We do not accept arrivals later then 21.00hrs. Outside of summer arrival and departure times flexible.

Costa Brava Apartment. We are small and operate from the small village of Camallera, Girona, renting out holiday homes both on the coast and inland. We know all of the owners personally, have visited all of the properties on our web site and we are in continual contact with the owners.
We offer apartments on the coast. Villas and country houses inland. The majority of our houses have private swimming pools and large gardens.
As a client you will be renting the property directly from us. We are available to answer any questions about the property and the area, eliminating any difficulties or language problems you may have to face if dealing directly with the owner.
We handle you booking process from start to finish and organize the necessary arrangements for your arrival. We are always available either by phone or by email.
