Handsome 2,200 sq ft, 6 bedroom large rustic Chalet home with lots of mountain house character. Sleeps 13 people with comfort and privacy, via the 6 bedrooms.
This home offers a cozy family room with wood burning stove, large sectional couch, and a 50" LG plasma TV.
The expansive eat-in kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a double-sided fireplace shared with the great room.
The great room features a cathedral ceiling with a wall of chalet windows overlooking the outdoors, and a 20-foot tall stone-faced chimney.
The large, wrap-around deck features a 4-burner gas grill for entertaining, relaxing and enjoying this woodland landscape while viewing area wild life.
There is also a large detached garage where equipment (skis, snowboards, etc.) can be stored.
Pool/billiards table and table tennis.
Guests have access to everything except the owner's cabinets/closets.
House comes with 12 beach tags. Community has a private lake/beach, tennis courts, basketball court, children's play area, picnic area by beach, and clubhouse.

Homeowners will be available via phone/email for any issues/questions. Homeowners are able to respond most quickly to text messages.
Guests shall bring their own:
- Linens/sheets (pillows and comforters are provided) and towels (bath, hand, kitchen towels). If needed, linen rental services with free delivery/pickup are available in the area.
- Paper products/toilet paper, trash bags, soap/detergent and personal hygiene supplies.
- Firewood for the fireplace.
Rental Registration Form and Separate Fee:
The Brier Crest Woods community where our house resides requires a mandatory registration form and fee to be paid directly by guests to the community (this fee is separate from the airbnb payment). The community's fee is to cover administration/rental processing/security as well as renter use of community resources and amenities. The fee is $50 for weekend or weekly stays. Form will be provided for guests to complete.
Primary renters must be at least 25 years of age, subject to age verification. Guests must be mature individuals who will respect both the house as well as the neighbors/community. Outdoor noise of any kind is strictly enforced by the community. Please read "House/Community Rules" for further information.
2 night minimum stay for weekends (including Friday and Saturday night-we can shift the reservation by a day, but the weekend rate still applies); 3 night minimum stay for holiday weekends.
a) OVERALL HOME CARE: This is our personal vacation home, not just a rental property, so please treat our home and neighbors with respect, and as your own home. Please avoid any messes/spills, don't leave trash anywhere on the property, put items back exactly where you found them, don't rearrange furniture, and clean every item that you used. In summary, we expect you to leave our home in at least as good condition as you found it, not just for ourselves but also for our future guests. Thank you!
b) OUTDOOR NOISE: This is a quiet, peaceful, residential community with neighbors living nearby. Outdoor noise carries very easily. As such, outdoor noise should be kept to a bare minimum, including raised voices, etc. Outdoor music is prohibited. Per community rules and regulations: "There shall not be any unnecessary loud or irritating sounds either by voice or instrument that disturbs the peace and composure." Please respect the neighbors and community.
c) OCCUPANCY: Maximum of 13 individuals at all times, subject to verification by BCW Community Security. Primary renters must be at least 25 years of age, subject to verification. Guests must be mature individuals who will respect both the house as well as the neighbors/community. No pets allowed. No smoking.
d) FINES/VIOLATIONS: Guests are fully responsible for any fines imposed by the Brier Crest Woods Community/Security during their stay, and will be deducted from the security deposit.
d) CHECKOUT/CHECKIN: Checkout time is by 12pm (noon). On the morning of your checkout please do the following: Plan in advance for this, there are no late check-outs unless approved prior to your trip. Late checkout or early checkin results in a penalty up to the prorated hourly rate multiplied by 2, as the cleaner arrives promptly at noon and will have to be sent back if the house is not vacated.
