The large detached stone house with guest house is located on the edge of the small and tranquil village of Salambati. Situated in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, this beautiful 20,000 m² property has been completely reconstructed and thus created a comfortable holiday home. Those who attach particular importance to peace and privacy will feel at home here from the very first moment. Old oaks provide shade in the garden and are joined by extensive, well-kept lawns, a small vegetable field and a young olive grove. There is also a large swimming pool (10 x 5 m) surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, a large outdoor barbecue and a bowling alley. The roofed terrace, newly built for the 2015 season, offers a wonderfully shady spot right next to the swimming pool. All rooms are very spacious and almost every room has its own exit to the garden, to the covered entrance terrace in front of the house or to the protected loggia on the second floor.
House for 8-10 persons: The larger house has a living space of 280 m² on 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a new, fully equipped kitchen in country house style, a large dining room with open fireplace, a smaller double room with a French bed (140 x 190 cm) and shower/WC (accessible through the kitchen or from the garden), and a separate bathroom/WC. On the first floor gallery with air conditioning and comfortable corner couch, a spacious double room with air conditioning and shower/WC, covered terrace with access to the garden. In the attic there is a large double room with a third bed in a niche, air conditioning, bathroom/WC and covered loggia with a view of the sea glittering in the distance. The guest house has a living area of approx. 60 m², on the ground floor a living room with sofa bed for one or two children and bathroom/WC, on the first floor gallery with double bed, air conditioning and terrace overlooking the pool.
Other: WiFi Internet available free of charge. The house can be booked for a maximum of 10 persons (including children or babies). Overcrowding is not possible.
