If I am out of town I will have a property manager, housekeeper and gardener and family members close by and a phone call away for anything with which you may need help. As well, I am always reachable by phone and email.
Once you make an inquiry we can discuss any other particulars about the house that you would need to know such as details about the fountain, trash pick up days, gardener, housekeeper days, etc.
The Metropolitan Transit bus stop is one short block away.
There is no smoking allowed in the house.
Guests of renters are allowed with owner consent.
Please be conscientious of neighbors re: outdoor evening dining, activity and noise level as there is a 10 p.m. residential noise curfew in Santa Barbara. (Hence, the County Bowl shows end at ten.) After that, please keep it down.
I will go over safety rules re: fireplace and chiminea, etc.,upon arrival.
The $150.00/week, etc. cleaning fee, depending on length of stay, will be collected on cleaning day. I do not add it on to the airbnb fee as it is separate from the airbnb booking process. The pet fee is due upon arrival.

and the magic and poetry of Mexico, and especially sharing it over long meals, home grown music and fun in the ocean with friends and family at our secret and sacred paradise on this cherished coast of Mexico.
