Although it's a STUDIO apartment (one room and bathroom/shower with a double bed) - I have 3 other apartments in the same building. Each apartment sleeps 2 people. These are great value for money - older blocks but lovely a apartment in a brilliant position.

I have 3 other apartments in the same building so your friends or family can stay there in their own room. Three apartments in total- all studios, for two people each apartment has a double bed.


Each apartment is around $90 midweek and $100 Weekends (prices may vary for Xmas period etc, but will be listed on the calendar here)

The block is Neo Georgian style and maintained in good condition.
Priced accordingly, the apartments is lovely, neat and clean although the building was built in the 80s.

Wi-fi- Local internet cafes offer a cheap rate, and there some hot spots locally that provide free wi-fi. I have a mobile wi-fi connection I can give you, you're welcome to top it up at the Telstra store (10 mins by tram) with the plan you require.

I will personally greet you on your arrival and provide a familiarisation tour.
If required, I'll advise you on all things Melbourne such as shopping, attractions, lane way restaurants, how to get there and what to do! Ask and I'll help.

You're in a fantastic spot with everything is at your door step. The beach is just minutes away.
Located 6km from the city center, St Kilda is Melbourne’s seaside playground and is much-loved by residents and visitors alike. St Kilda is renowned for its expansive view of Port Phillip, sandy beach, palm-lined boardwalk, huge range of beach activities, big skies, gorgeous sunsets, lovely park and gardens, great restaurants, bars and cafés, fabulous old buildings, and its colorful past and present.

You will be nestled amongst St Kilda's vibrant shopping & cafe precinct.
Minutes to the St. Kilda Beach, Luna Park, Palais Theater and city bound trams. Esplanade Market at your door step! It's a brilliant, fun stay!

All year round, St.Kilda is the place to head for fantastic things to see and do and great times to be had. With our great places to eat and drink and our wonderful sea air, everything tastes so much better in St Kilda – so come out and join us!

If it's a great spot so if you're after and a place that's central to absolutely everything, this is the perfect studio.

I also have 2 other apartments also in Acland St, at the opposite end, priced at $140-$180 per night. If you're after something really stylish yet brilliantly priced, have a look at these listed under "Vineyard" @ 303 / 72 Acland st and "The Palais" 302 / 72 Acland st

If required, parking is available at $25 for 4 nights. For 5 nights and over, parking is $7 per night. This can be paid in cash on arrival. Please let me know in advance should you require a carpark.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation:

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Please leave the apartment as you found it, respect the apartment like you would your own leaving it neat and tidy.

No smoking, no smoking on the balcony, no smoking anywhere please!!!

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to reallocate you due to unforeseen circumstances to an apartment of equal quality and standard.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests unless you confirm otherwise.

Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in instant termination. Noise will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Please call me with an hour or so of arrival so I can arrange to meet you and show you around.

Joe was a fantastic and very welcoming host. He is very accommodating and our check in/out was great as he was flexible and worked around us. We originally booked 4 nights at the 'Beach house' but loved it so much we stayed an extra 2. The place it self it cute , colourful and clean. Overall we had a great stay and we would highly recommend.

I loved this studio. Clean, funky, good size with a fantastic little balcony. The perfect location in St Kilda as it's quiet but you have everything within a 5 min walk. Joe is so friendly and welcoming and a pleasure to communicate with. Will definitely be contacting Joe again when I come back down to Melbourne!

Ive been bouncing around a little bit on Airbnb and I would have to say that Joe runs one of the tightest ships on the Airbnb sea.. up to date calendars and insanely quick response time make for a seamless booking experience.. Place was as advertised, supa clean and supa comfy.. Joe was engaging, personable a ripper fella and only too happy to help.. Thumbs up :)
