Hi Raj, We’re very disappointed in your review, this was the first time that it happened to the property and we haven't have any similar incidents since then. For the record, we were RESPONSIVE and we called you several times to get more information/sending our assistants over/speaking with you... We also sent messages in case they did not receive our voicemails on our call attempts to you. We also asked all relevant questions so we can further help you out. We even assisted them with our local police.
There were NO SIGNS of a BREAK-IN and the YOU COULDN'T REMEMBER SECURING OR LOCKING THE DOORS BEFORE YOU WENT TO SLEEP.
We have provided all types of services to you during this unfortunate time you’ve experienced. However, not meeting your request of covering your losses out of our pockets instead of going through Airbnb (as a host like you should know) seems to be what you were really after.
Also, after the incident, we have taken all the necessary steps to put the apartment together to give 100% security to the next guests.
