Dear Pradeep, thanks for the feedback. First you have used the instant booking doing same day booking for one night, you have asked for usb charger and we provided, as your US charger won’t work in Europe! You haven’t seen much neither of the house nor of the view as you arrived late afternoon and left early morning, and it was raining, indeed you were unlucky. Beside it seems that you haven’t read the information about the listing you have booked,if you did, you wouldn’t be surprised that there were other guests, that the house is an authentic Norwegian cottage older then 100 years, that is a wooden house, and old wooden houses are ‘squeaky’, that you are booking a room in the cottage, therefor you will be sharing it with other guests. The common area have doors but they are not locked, guests usually close them by respect for other guests while they are in the common spaces. Finally our cottage is not a hotel, the beauty of the Airbnb is that you can book a whole house or a room in a house.
If you wanted to be alone you should have booked a house, or a hotel room. The average price for a room in a hotel in July / august are between (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Nok. for 2 person per night.
