Hi! My name is Susan! I am a registered nurse and living 15mins away from this condo. I grew up and lived here for so many years. It’s such a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Great neighbors in the unit and in the summer the pool is heated for nice swim!
We have one parking spot that is free for you to use and that is first comes first served. More than one car there is a fee of $1.50/ car per day. It is preferred for us that you rent the entire private condo, two bedrooms and one bath. But if we rent each room separately you will be sharing the space with another tenant so please be mindful of each others space and respectful of their time using the restroom.
The location is perfect place to commute. It’s near highway 101, Caltrain station, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the complex. We are 5- 10mins driving distance from downtown Menlo Park and Palo Alto. And, Stanford shopping center.
