First of all, Sarah is very ignorant. I do very much care for my guests. Look at my other reviews apart from this one. Very different.
This is the message I had sent her.

If it was a big problem, you could’ve been put in a different unit or we could’ve helped cancel. But now you have stayed both nights and just now getting back to me on AIRBNB.
Again I DID acknowledge it, idk why you’re saying false things about me not taking any kind of action if I in fact have taken action. Matter of fact, you were complaining that you were going to have maintenance fix the bathroom sink. I do the best I can, it’s not always in my control but I did my best. “
She made a big deal about the one sink in the bathroom when I promise there’s 3 more she could’ve used. This was NOT an ongoing issue like she had mentioned. It was the first time. About the shower not draining well, it’s obvious I don’t live in the AIRBNBs and I have guests stay. I don’t know if something doesn’t drain well until a guest lets me know & I get it fixed right away, I promise that.
Cigarette smell? Lies. Not once did she mention that to me. It’s a NON SMOKING unit. We don’t allow smoking in the units, it’s on AIRBNB description and on the manual inside the suite.
Will all that being said, I do care for my guests I can say better than other hosts.
