We are so glad that you found the location of the property so useful to you and that the place was spacious enough for you. Additionally, it is so great to hear that you enjoyed having Netflix and Virgin available to you.
It is such a shame about the fridge/freezer and, again, we are so sorry! The travel cot was purchased second hand for you, due to the fact that first hand they come very expensive and we do not get many request for one so it did not seem logical to spend a fortune on one. However, we do really apologise for it not being up to standard and we will ensure that if requested in the future, we provide a better cot.
With the parking permits, we have had a few issues with these recently due to the Plymouth City Council being in total control of them. We are acting on the issues immediately to ensure that problems like this do not happen in the future, so thank you for speaking about the issue with us.
