It's a Victorian era duplex with a spacious feel and loads of charm. It streams sunlight at all times, and gives great sunset views, especially for such an urban hotspot. The kitchen is spacious and quaint, and the beds are comfy and clean! We provide a twin, queen, or king bed depending on your needs.
Media center (desk space, wireless internet, printer, projector with roku, speakers, office supplies), library, art space (supplies, brushes, paper, tables), meditation space (incense, candles, sage, mats, yoga ball), kitchen (fully-stocked), and music area (electronic drums, mandolin, bass guitar, amp)

As much or as little as they like! We love to dream about and plan our movement in community off-the-grid and toward higher consciousness (permaculture, aquaponics, forest gardens, renewable energy). We love to co-create music, art, and food. We also sometimes keep to ourselves downstairs and let the space be quiet and private. Whatever works!
We're really excited about the new world we are building. I hope you become a part of it!
General respect and tidiness. Please remove shoes! We provide earth-friendly cleaning materials so that you may vacuum, clean the room's surfaces, mop, and strip the bed before you depart (It takes about 30 minutes to clean the room).

We're fun! We're crazy! We're creative and people like us. Come stay at our house! We like to dream! We like to build a new world based on love and art and composting! We want a forest for a garden! We like exclamation points!! Sam likes cheesecake! We like you, maybe!?! - Michael & Christine + Sam(uel) and Violet!
We're moving forward on a rainwater catchment/filtration system. We have about 3.2 zillion (est.) edible wildthings growing in our yardforestgarden. I (whoever *that* is) personally cannot wait for the Lambsquarters seeds in autumn!
