Ivan's apartment is the perfect, cosy space. The kitchen/living area has everything you would need for basic cooking and a space to eat and chill out. You also have the wonderful view of Supetar from the main balcony. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, bedding and towels were provided and the stay was very comfortable. The pool, shared with the other apartments, is a good size and a nice space to spend part of your day. The host Ivana and her family were more than welcoming and exactly what you want from a host. Ivana provided us with lots of information before we arrived about Supetar, the island and the different trips we could do. During our stay, we had everything we needed and Ivana's mother was always there to help if needed but gave us our own space. The hospitality the family showed is a credit to them and made our first experience of AirBnB such an enjoyable one.
The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Supetar's centre, where you will find lovely restaurants, pebbly beaches and lots of opportunities for trips to other islands as well as around Brac. The port and the island are both beautiful, perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday but Split is just a 50 minute ferry away if you want to explore a more lively city. We also visited Bol during our stay, a half an hour drive from Supetar and well worth a visit for the amazing Zlatni Rat beach. Our highlight was Ivana's family restaurant, Kastil Gospodnetic, in a little village further in the island called Dol. The service was incredible, the food was delicious and the setting was the perfect way to end our holiday.
If you want a chilled holiday, where you can relax by the pool and sea, enjoy the peace of the beautiful town and do a bit of exploring around Croatia, this apartment offers the perfect balance of tranquility and adventure.
