Millionaire’s Row is a neighborhood within the city of Miami Beach that encompasses the area north of 41st Street to 63rd Street on Collins Avenue. The term “Millionaire’s Row” was coined during the golden era of the 1950’s and 1960’s when celebrities visited the area, and several new oceanfront condominiums were considered “the” place to be in Miami Beach. Although there are many landmarks in this area, the most famous property is the Fontainebleau Hotel (44th Street and Collins Ave) that was designed by architect Morris Lapidus and built by hotelier Ben Novack in 1954. The Seacoast is another building of his and also considered one of the most iconic on millionaires row.
There are many advantages to living in Millionaire’s Row – a central Miami Beach location with quick access to South Beach, downtown Miami and the airport, wide open and quiet beaches, plus incredible ocean and intra-coastal views facing La Gorce Island, Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami.
No smoking is allowed inside the whole building, but you are welcome to use the balcony.
We rather not allow pets, but we can discuss privately.
Windows must remain closed at all times, you can enjoy the balcony but must close them right after you go out and when you come back in.
