1 b/b guesthouse in lush, aesthetic, and quiet neighborhood of Little Forest Hills, a middle class community featured in the documentary "Subdivided". You'll have your own yard, kitchen, free laundry, cable, internet, kool and safe walks. Pets are welcome!
With recent updates, this free-standing guesthouse is nestled behind a main house with a privacy fence and its own landscaped yard. The interior is still 550 square feet with real hardwood floors, a full kitchen and bath, and full-sized bed in its own bedroom. I just added a washer and dryer in the kitchen.
This listing is ideal for two human guests and two children or pets. In rare cases I may allow more and never more than four. Please message me about it. If the lack of towels and plates don't create an unpleasant experience for my guests, the lack of space truly does. Trust me on this one.
Guests have access to free RV sized parking on a graveled drive parallel to the street in front.
Interakcija s gostima
I interact with guests as much as they want. I'm very easy going.
--Quiet outside after 11 pm on weeknights
--Something wrong? It's fine to tell me right away! :)
--Smoking outdoors is fine
--Since I calculate a certain budget for utilities, extra grownups pay $25

Hi, I'm Meagan! I have been doing Airbnb for almost three years now and I love it! It's been a perfect fit for my single life in a big house after losing my husband. Social by nature, I hang out with kids at my speech therapy job and my nights are devoted to my two young foster fail dogs, Gator Dog and Smiley Pants, and a very grumpy and funny old cat named Sammy. Through Airbnb I've gotten to know a lot of interesting people. I met house hunters who ended up being my friends and neighbors. Medical interns who gave me some awesome health tips. I even met my boyfriend on here! I would love to give you recommendations for the area. The sporty types will love Top Golf. The bohemians will love the Farmer's Market and free public yoga. Foodies can't miss uptown. Art lovers, have you heard about the Dallas Rennaisance? And everyone will love outdoor concerts and plays by the lake! Dallas is a great city and I'd love to show that to you. That said, I myself have gotten so run down from travel, I just wanted to crash and not see anyone. I respect that my guests may be having that kind of stay. This makes me happy, too. Sometimes we all crave peace and quiet and I love giving that to guests who most need it.
