Sorry that this was your public feedback since as you know you, you didn't gave us a check in hour, you arrive earlier than the check in time, we told you that the flat wouldn't be ready until the check in time but you still instisted to go there.
Since we always aim to help our guests, we've let you enter the house earlier.
The cleaning team was already there when you arrive and you start complaining about every little thing. They weren't screaming nor throwing things, they were only working and talking between themselves.
After the cleaning team left, you've contact us again to report that some other things still weren't cleaned. We've sent the team once again, which they didn't found anything out of the normal, but they still re-cleaned the flat as requested.
The same night you contact us regarding the pillow, and we bought some new pillows just for you.
You kept complaining and feeling unhappy about every aspect so this was the first time having such review.
You don't have to stay in the flat if you are not happy so we recommended contact Airbnb regarding this
