Ciao Sabrina, thank you for your review. I am happy you found my place beautiful and that you appreciated its fantastic location very well served with public transports. Please accept my apologies for the person that was "rude" but kindly note that respect should be mutual. As far as the tourist tax is concerned, I confirm that Airbnb still do not collect it through the website. It is my legal obligation to collect it for the city of Milan. Everybody should pay this tax except for a few exceptions that I need to provide evidences. As far as your boyfriend is concerned, I am sorry to inform you that it is not enought to be a native. You need to be a proven resident. Your boyfriend did not provide any evidence and had to pay the tax. This tax is 3€ per person and per night. All useful information are available on the website of the city hall of Milan. As far as amenities are concerned, I provide them as a welcome pack but please note that for long stays, guests should buy on a daily basis what they need as if they were at their own home. Airbnb is not an hotel. As far as works are concerned, please note that they are out of my control but should you have let me know during your stay, I would have gladly contacted the administration of the building. Works are allowed between 8Am and 7pm. Anyway, thank you for your stay. I am happy you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again soon. Take care.
