Firstly, Thank you for your stay and your review about my apartment. I have been doing this service apartment business for a month and still have many imperfection that I need to improve.
Secondly, I have responds one by one that you listed in review about my apartment:
- The important thing-the location-Before you checked in, I have 4 guests booked on this listing and leave 5 stars reviews, also mentioned about the location is like advertised-IN DISTRICT 4, not district 1 like u said in review. Please take a look again, I also send sms and answer your phone call so why did you not complain about the location?
- You asked me about if I can provide an apartment for you, this is apartment and listed as homestay, not a hotel room service. The whole building apartment have a lobby for residents therefore they usually dont have maps at lobby or reception. But I told you how to get the map and many things that you wanna know about your trip, including the information of company to Cu Chi tunnel that you asked me.
- I also mention to you when you arrived that I will arrange to let my mom help you do check in because my baby was sick. Therefore, I cant not show up to help you check in and you said:"oh it's ok". And now you made it a reason for 1 star review. Really? Mandy?
- You said "both mattresses are far to hard to sleep on". Sorry I dont really understood what you mean. I have 2 bedrooms with 2 separated beds in each bedroom, every guests before you did not mention me about how hard my bed is except you, I did not know. But why I asked on airbnb sms "is everything ok?" And you said nothing but "We are fine"???
- And like I said above, this is homestay, not a hotel. Therefore, I cant handle the pool staff on rooftop, especially you bring food/drink into the pool and it was not allowed (building apartment have pool's intramural regulations board in english part and I sure the pool staff had try to show it to you)
- The last thing you mentioned in your review I will noted and improve this for my next guests. Thank you.
Finally, on your check out date, I told you I will free an airport drop off for everything that make you not happy with my apartment. Because my baby still sick so I couldn't come and sent sms to let you know that my daughter will be there to pay for the taxi at 7am (I sent you her picture too). Because she also do the airbnb service apt and have to take the payment from her guest at 6:15am at lobby. She waited from 7am to 8am and you said u stayed at the lobby till 7:40am and did not see her. Thats really weird because you said to me you have to go to the airport at 7:15am and noticed that you dont wanna late for check in at airport. You just said "I did not see her" and then gave me 1 star review with almost unacceptable lies.
