If the apartment was not for your taste you have the right to say it, but it is a little bit dishonest to assert things with no proof: The cleaning of the apartment which is made in the same way for all our travelers; and you see it by almost every comments here.
You could had told me at this time that it was not at your taste and we would have find a solution (refunding, or something like that)
For the internet, we left a full replacement housing shell. If you didn't know how to make it work, you just have to send a message or a call; it was a problem of communication as well as for the time I was suppose to arrive, because I sent you a message on the application to inform you.
