Let me now share a few practical details to facilitate your arrival and your stay. Children are most welcome and we can add a baby cot whenever required. 1 or 2 single extra beds can also be added upon request, at no extra cost. A few days before your arrival, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. During your time here, you will be able to join us through this group chat or by phone from 7am to 9pm to ask us anything you need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1,000 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. There is a BBQ in the garden and we provide free charcoal and fire starter. Yui, our Thai chef can prepare you a delicious breakfast (200 THB/person) or cook you a typical Thai dinner (500 THB/person). Her service includes buying the ingredients, cooking, serving and cleaning. Electricity is charged at 6 THB/unit (kwh). We will take a photo of the official meter when you arrive and another one at check-out. We will kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 300 THB per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are outside during the day, you will probably have to pay an additional 200 THB. This is not much, we have this policy in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
