First, Some people prefer a soft mattress and some may not. This depends entirely on the individual's taste. If you have told us that you need some more mattress pads, I would have gladly find them for you but you didn’t say anything to us. I am not annoyed at all by the request of our guest.
Second, I can’t understand your compliant at all. How can a bathroom always dry? Should the shower booth and toilet floor be completely separated? In Korea, it is common for a shower booth and a toilet floor not to be separated, so we provide a slipper that can keep your feet not to be wet from water. I didn’t even promise you that the shower booth and bathroom floor is perfectly separated. If you have complained that the water flowing out from the bathroom to the outside of the bathroom or there was no slipper in the bathroom, I could have fully understood your complaint. But your complaint is so weird.
Third, there must be a misunderstanding. When you requested us to book a taxi, we recommended you we can book a call van for you which is more cheap and safe and can carry more luggage. In Korea, most of taxi can not carry big luggage so it’s not easy to book a taxi with carrying big luggage. Moreover, a taxi are charged by a meter machine but some driver can cheat on you so we recommended you to book a call van but you rejected our suggestion and only wanted to take a taxi. I still don’t understand why you rejected our suggestion.
And even if our working time is (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , guests can call us whenever you are in emergency situations and if you want to go to an airport at midnight or at dawn, we can book for you at any time you want to leave at even at dawn.
